6 Peppers (your choice of color)
3 cups of cooked brown rice
1 can crushed tomatoes with Italian seasoning
1 lb of lean ground turkey
1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese
Brown the turkey and add tomatoes. Then using your containers mix one yellow of rice with 1 red of the meat mixture. Stuff into cleaned pepper. Repeat for all peppers. Then sprinkle one blue container of cheese on each pepper. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes or until filling is hot.
